My Honest feedback towards the great German Airways
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
As a successful Employee i like my hard and successful work to be seen by the rest of the team, not only but also to be appreciated for, and this can only be seen in companies where you are not counted as a number, and where you have a flat hierarchy. A CEO who accept to sit with any team member to listen about complaints and create routes for change wouldn't feel any better.
Every time i come to German airways for my duties, it doesn't make me feel that i am going to work, instead would be another day to enjoy and learn from my professional Colleagues.
