Where to start ... it is so much that needs to be improved. Really bad are the culture, the management, this enormous disregard for the interests of the employees, non-countable processes which no one's understands or follow (why a process if it can be done manually?), combined with millions of shitty internal tools.... There are no incentives or benefits anymore. Nothing what other companies offer, nothing.

Re-introduce the culture we once had two years ago.
Get rid of the micromanagement and supervision of employees.
Lean tools and processes that make work easier (like in the past).
Management should visit communication and change management classes. All of them!
Re-invent company events.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The company has a "great" atmosphere. Everyone is pointing to someone else. No one takes ownership or responsibilities. There is no transparency. No one knows what going on and what are tasks good for. If you have a pronlem you have to search to find the right person, which might not even exists.
Kommunikation
I have never had a workplace where I have received THAT many emails a day. There are no phone calls, only emails, google chats. Hardly any face-to-face meetings with management or colleagues.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The human component does not exist. Profit maximization above all. There is no more interest in or commitment to retaining colleagues. Management does prefer to hire new colleagues, to stop the bad engagement of existing colleagues. It is easier to let the knowledgeable people go. The top management obviously doesn't care about anything. But, the project teams generally get along well with each other.
Work-Life-Balance
On the one hand flexible working hours are great, possibility to go to office or work from home or at client's office, very easy going. On the other hand, 8 hours a day will not be enough. It is expected that you answer immediately, at any time. No one cares if you have finished for the day, overtime at its best. Unfortunately there are no company events anymore. Nothing. Just everyone is at home, working from home.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
German management does what global management, or actually Ukraine management expect them to do. There is no room for negations. They are puppets. Management is totally untrustworthy and without ideas. It feels like they are just there due to pure greed.

There are ZERO woman in leadership positions. There is no diversity in Germany.

When taking into account, the atmosphere and communication of management. Well then, it's just bad.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Biggest joke. There is not even waste separation in the office. There used to be company bicycles. They were abolished under pressure from HR.
The upper management talks loudly about "sustainability", but when you hear what trips costs and what they do ... it is a big laugh.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
There are hardly any salary increases, if so, it depends on your direct manager. There is a gap between man and woman. Salary is rather below average. Salary payments are punctual. There used to be bonus payments, retention incentives, but all extra payments are abolished.

Former Meelogic was great place to work for, if not even the best employer. Until GlobalLogic took over. Since then, constant decline and such bad decisions. They kicked the managing director who made this place as great as it was ... Now it seems to be the sinking ship.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Difficult topic. HR tries hard and gives lots of online self studying possibilities. But business does not have time for that. Since work hours are booked on projects .. Well where to book learning? It doesn't bring money, so manager will say "yes you can take lessons, but there is no project for that so it has to be freetime". Employee requests are only taken into account if the request is also profitable, e.g. you have paying customer. If you want to work as a product owner in the future, this is only possible if a customer is also looking for one and wants you. GlobalLogic does not invest in you.
