Love my team & also collaborating with other colleagues/departments in EMEA is very easy. Everyone is eager to do good work, so usually well-prepared folks which makes it easy to work on new topics.

High autonomy & trust. Usually no issue at all to manage your time on short notice. Of course other projects might be less flexible, but it's usually a short communication chain with colleagues & managers.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Supportive, curious but also pretty straightforward. Challenge you in a good way, so learning is a constant for me. I can easily take the lead on some actions & initiatives, with no fear of failure.

Usual pain points re DEI in tech roles. But we have quite a few women in tech leadership, which is a good start.

In Germany, we are simply not well known. We have a really great NPS with clients. But for everyone else our image is just not existent, -we need to do some Employer Branding.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Lots of trainings, internal academy, access to learning platforms. We have a mentoring program. We get regular items for courses we have to complete. So L&D is not just optional, but the company actively pushes this.
A lot of my colleagues have been with the company a long time. You can build a whole career here, in new projects, responsibilities or (if you want) other locations worldwide.
