The company needs a CEO who is present and has a vision that inspires and motivates everyone. Also, care more for your staff. They are the most valuable asset you have!

The home office option is good and overtime is not needed unless really critical deadlines come up. But not much going on at the office premises. It’s a ghost town.

It’s all about how to monetise the hell out of the games. Fresh ideas not welcome. Short term thinking all the way.
