The hiring process was very cooperative. I was impressed with all HR team has done in my first week. All the newcomers were invited to lunch in our first day, my PC and Handy was ready to be used, we met with all teams in the company. The management team was open to new ideas. There was appreciation to all my contributions to the company. I have never been excluded in any team events. We were invited to Christmas and summer party from abroad. The company did not lose the human touch and did not miss creating a friendly atmosphere while being corporate. This is lost in many well known corporations. You are not perceived as a piece of sand in the ocean, you are treated as the pillar of the team who share the same goals in Hahnair
