Verbesserungsvorschläge

Salary hikes should be atleast twice of what is currently offered. That’s also standard at competitors.

Senior leadership should be more empathetic and realistic with project time lines.

Organize more team events and bring whole company together for summer event.

Don’t be so tight on budget in general and challenge holding company for fair salary hikes i.e atleast 5%. It should be in CEO’s interest to meet employees satisfaction.

Give employees feeling and care that they are indeed working for a valuable company. Treat the Organisation with high quality products and events. They indeed deserve it.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Team leads try to do their best despite tight budgets. Young team leads are open minded and have similar wave lengths with their respective colleagues. This helps creating good work environment.

Kommunikation

Teams channel, emails, yammer and multiple channels are incorporated to communicate. Yet some info does not get conceived or misunderstood. However that seems to be on personal level.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Some departments needs to do much more to get their acts right. Throwing hands up in the air and blaming others does not help. This needs to change. Own the problem to solve it. Senior management should show their support and back their dept. to fan the wind of change. No more problem dumping but problem solving professionally.

Work-Life-Balance

Haselmeier is currently pretty much aligned to millennials needs. It’s commendable that they are ahead to rest of competitors.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Young team leads are very open minded and willing to help. Yet there are some managers and leads where you better fly under the radar. Some in senior leadership still has long way to go. They dhould be more empathetic, understanding and have realistic time lines for projects.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Still needs to do much more. Many don’t realize difference between paper and plastic waste bins.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Salary hikes are laughable and passable. Base salary is still ok.
