Employees stick together and support one another.
Instead of hiring people, more pressure is put on people to perform and deliver (regular work on weekends required, no uninterrupted vacation). Promises made to change, but has not happened for more than a year and unlikely to happen. High turnover.

Established monthly cadence. Content is shallow, least-knowledge principle.

Colleagues support each other, try their best.
Work-Life-Balance
Does not exist. Weekends, evening times and vacation times are not respected. Vacations of more than 2 weeks not possible.

Management deal with resources. High turnover.

It's a young growth startup (and acts as such). Tasks interesting depending on department.

Despite being a young growth startup promoting equal opportunity, age and gender influence how serious you are taken.
Arbeitsbedingungen
High pressure environment, promoted flexibility always with caveats (e.g. "flexible" key working hours from 9 to 17) People Operations managing for the benefit of the company. Employee incentive program (shares) non-existant and intentionally held back. Employee surveys are not filled out truthfully because you can personally identify people.

The company banks a lot on its mission, which employees belive in.

Pay is in line with market standards.

Image sold very well to the outside world and new employees. Amongst each other, people see the truth. A lot of promises and pretending.

Growth possible, but overall relatively slow.
