Slowly getting more burocratic and hierarchical
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
at least polite to hear opinions (maybe it changes nothing though), the social conditions are good,
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
there is a manager on every stone you move and all of them have their own different priorities, (some time seems these managers have no clue about the business behind) and just making meetings and requesting new processes to get an excel with information they can present in another meeting and appear they know/do something
Verbesserungsvorschläge
please take a look at the people working with the daily real deliveries, a small chat with the boss means nothing, people outside of the 10's of new managers are not happy with extreme monthly reorganization on how to work and find the perfect model to work (going on for a few years already), these are only bureaucratic steps to keep unnecessary positions in the company and the solution is not to hire new managers to solved the problem next month
people delivering the daily work are just getting blocked within every new change, meetings about meetings, useless processes discussions and meeting to solve those processes problems, this is dissatisfying the colleagues
Arbeitsatmosphäre
every team complains about any other team, also within teams there is sometimes very negative vibes
Kommunikation
extremely more than necessary, seems like the work should be "planning how to work" and not time to care about business value or quality in the real tasks
Kollegenzusammenhalt
still ok
Work-Life-Balance
probably depends on the team, but in general good
Vorgesetztenverhalten
no idea who is doing what for whom and no change to prioritize
Interessante Aufgaben
there is indeed always something new
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
average
Karriere/Weiterbildung
skills and experience mean nothing (probably worst to show you have them, you will stay forever as hard worker saving the day) it seems (but common these days everywhere) the only thing that counts is who you know and how good you are to "speak" your admiration and respect for those in a higher position
