Be enough transparent,
When you hire beginners, hire them with plans, with future vision.
Don’t lie that company is progressing.
Don’t bond beginners initially with 1 year contracts, if they finish probation period then if you don’t like it then discard them like a dead fish of no use.
Stop playing with employees and beginners in terms of contracts…

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Work atmosphere is average as not everybody has enough to do. If you complaint more you would be considered productive. If you know how to flatter to your upper hands then may be you can survive this kind of Atmosphere.
Nobody knows in my team whats his dedicated tasks. They just hire beginners without plan and ask them to deliver the work like they have 5-10 years of experience. When the beginners are not able to deliver they just cut them out without giving proper advice. Working atmosphere was nightmare for me. Not recommendable.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Without friendly colleagues i wouldn’t had survived my Horror working years.
Mostly young people are working so its easy to get to know each other and work.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

This word is a joke for them, conflicts were never resolved appropriately instead i was asked to leave before a year left of my contract because i was asking my dedicated tasks. When you keep continue this behaviour, you will be kicked out and will be discarded from the meetings and soon from the company.

I was even discarded from the Department without notice when the teams got split from one department. For two weeks i didn’t even know that which team i was working for.
I was discarded from the team where i was hired for. Nobody cares about employees just benefits and favoritism works here

Poor communication, everything is temporary.

Interessante Aufgaben

Two years , i didn’t know even that what was my role where is the purpose that i got hired for.
Besides one small role in project, rest of my time at this company was like a workstudent or secretary.
I think my workstudent tasks were more interesting than this companys full time job.

Don’t ask for a raise. Looking for cheap young engineers to get the work done.
During the corona time, its even got worse.
If you stay here longer , you will loose your talent and incremental growth.

Below Average,
Product is good but due to the small company not a big name in the Automotive Industry.
They get the projects which nobody takes it with unrealistic deadlines.
Customer comes only once, you won’t see them again working with this company. Money making style is good but longevity is certainly not in the future actions.

That’s joke... What is that nobody knows here.. If you ask your upperhands for that you will be disappointed and your wishes will never be fulfilled
