Learn how to communicate. Value your team and show appreciation for them, that should be the bare minimum. Also when something is going well/ someone is doing a good job, say it - the only thing you'll hear is when something is not going well. Additionally, raise the wages from the ones doing good/ improve/ taking over more tasks.
Either train the ones in leading positions how to be a leader or hire people who actually know how to lead. And, learn how to hand over control and be open to feedback/ changing things.
Last but not least, treat your employees decently (and learn what decent means)..
