For a 10-year-old company, it still behaves very much like a start-up. There is a lack of structure and a breath of fresh air.

If salaries are only adjusted minimally, then compensation must be made in other ways in order to keep up with the competition. I don't find the existing benefits convincing.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We want you to know that we take your input seriously and are constantly trying to improve. Below, we would like to address some of the points you raised.

We are glad to hear that you are enjoying the work-life balance, as this is something that is also very important to us.

Regarding other points you raised:

Whilst it is true that there are no salary increases during the year unless for promotions, and this is also openly communicated, we do annual performance reviews on the basis of which individual salaries are adjusted once per year (also without a promotion). Transparent development opportunities and fair salary structures are very important to us, which is why we have clearly structured promotion processes and criteria. Our salary bands are regularly benchmarked to ensure that they always correspond to the current labor market.

Similarly, we also consistently review the benefits we offer, always looking for ways to improve and diversify our package. At this point we believe we offer a very competitive benefit package, from learning budgets, gym subsidies, working from abroad programs to public transport support and many more.
