The entire lay-off situation was handled in a terrible manner. How come there is money for new logo and summer party etc. but not for highly qualified people who know the product and company (despite the massive funding last year)? We need people like this in the current situation.

Try to rebuild trust with your employees, otherwise many might leave soon, especially the good ones. Be much more transparent and trustworthy.
Best way to get ahead and avoid getting fired is to become friends with the long-timers, it seems. Quite some nepotism on the higher ranks. This needs to change.

After firing nearly 10% of the workforce in June, the atmosphere sucks. The summer party was super awkward. People pretending to have fun, while wondering who will get kicked out next.

Management failed to explain sufficiently why we are getting rid of of so many trusted colleagues. Totally unclear, badly communicated.

I don't trust management anymore. One moment there is lots of cash and party planning and no worries until at least 2024. Next all these people get laid off. Why should they pay for management mistakes?

Top management is nearly all white male. Haven't seen any people with physical disabilities, yet.

Sometimes very little respect for seniority, even though a higher level of maturity would be badly needed.
