Work hard, play hard. I've never felt that someone is forcing me to work harder at HOLY. But the intrinsic appetite of myself and others around me is high compared to other environments. Which I regard as positive.

While being a consumer brand, our products are x-times more sustainable than competing products. So this topic is at the core of what we're doing and definitely gets more attention than in other companies I've worked before.
The relationship of company to staff and company to our partners is based on mutual respect, but also openness to share direct feedback. I feel that fairness and continued dialogue are at the core of how things are settled, if things need extra attention.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Lots of smaller and bigger perks in place. Overall the P&O team + founders are ambitious to find extra motivators beyond the salary/equity bundle you've signed up for. And we're doing company events/trips literally no other company would go for. "This is not normal" as someone said after the last team trip.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
There's a clear process in place from quarterly OKRs, score cards per role, leveling framework, salary bands to 360° performance reviews twice a year to (group) coaching offers and team building events. HOLY is definitely a place to grow if you come with appetite and ambition.
