Work-life balance is well integrated into HOLY's working culture. Although flexible working hours would be nice too, then the regular 9-6 pm work day. You are also allowed to do work from home

In general, the working area is spacious. But it can get pretty hot in summer since it has a low ceiling & no air conditioning available.

The salary is fair for a fairly new startup. Although a regular annual salary review can be conducted in the future. Such as discussions about pay and work performance spark more honesty and openness between employees and leaders esp. to those who have worked more than a year or so.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
They support you in upskilling which is helpful for employees. It’s nice that they are trying to foster a culture of learning within the company. An employee has the opportunity to carve his/her own career path.
