As in every company - communication is not always easy and synching across departments can always be improved. But in general I feel very much involved in the management's decisions and planning. If I am having another opinion, I am very welcome to share it with the entire team.

Hotelbird's biggest asset are the employees! Working in such a challenging and super quickly developing industry is leading to a lot of challenges - this is why the team spirit is outstanding! I can trust and count on my colleagues
Work-Life-Balance
There is always work to do in such a quickly moving company - there are chances you get lost in work sometimes. But I have the feeling this is seen by the management and not only appreciated but also compensated (being asked to finish earlier if you had a hard day before etc). But definitely management is not asking you to work on the weekend or after normal business hours (as it is mentioned in other comments here - this is just not true!)

I very much appreciate the no-hierarchy-policy of the company. This is not just a saying but lived! The c-level is always reachable for us and you do not have to be afraid to speak up
Interessante Aufgaben
You own what you do at Hotelbird - there is a very broad range of tasks each and every employee is responsible for. Definitely does not get boring ;)
