Communication was always chaotic and not structured. Info were shared too late. Sometimes not at all. Important info you received by others gossip instead your leaders.

Depends on the team. And whether you’re Chinese or not….

No work-life-balance. If you don’t stop yourself, they’ll make you work on their Saturday and Sunday meetings do.

Downgrading, not respectful. Some are great, but unfortunately not the most.

Not really. So weird, they do discriminate Germans, or other non-Chinese, exclude them from relevant meetings and circles. At the same time they discriminate their own kind, Chinese colleagues, if they are having an external contract. Never experienced so cruel exclusion culture.
