The middle management (not the direct supervisors) clearly plays corporate politics with employees & key other business partners including customers .

The corporation between the technical departments where the real work is done is good . However cohesion between supporting departments like software quality is at the worst
Work-Life-Balance
Middle level managers who are not professionally experienced forces technical team to accept unrealistic time schedules & forced to work overtime.
The overtime are neither compensated nor even appreciated
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Direct supervisors who are having practical professional experience in their respective fields are always helpful. But the managers above that level are basically arrogant & always neglects the feedback / suggestions from lower level.
Gleichberechtigung
Employees from abroad are always treated unequally .Their suggestions / recommendations are treated with suspicions & support to them even from the HR department is sometimes unacceptable
