HR support needs significant improvement. After my first day, I had no follow-up or interaction with HR. My emails were always answered in German, despite my language limitations, and my Teams messages often went ignored.
Additionally, leadership should prioritize inclusivity. For example, the CTO held a a day long department event entirely in German, excluding non-German-speaking employees like myself.
To improve, HR should be more accessible and responsive, provide communications in English when needed, and ensure workplace events are inclusive to all employees

It is good with development engineering team. No communication with HR / Directors / C levels or others.

Trust based working hours - Homeoffice possible.
