Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The colleagues. They were wonderful. The work itself was very interesting, challenging and enjoyable.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

This industry is booming and Hubject hasn't really grown enough to match the demands of this industry and the only way they can grow is to fix their foundation first, i.e. fix the product, respect existing partners and stop trying to increase sales when your existing partners are not even being "taken care of".
High talent turnover rate.
It is a shame that so much talent has left and will be leaving due to "top down" toxic leadership.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

I would recommend getting new top leadership that comes from a Technical/ Operational background and if that can't happen, then the current top leadership should urgently get some leadership training and learn to be genuine. Trust your management team and employees to do their job and stop acting like Hubject will be the "Market Leader" forever, because this company is, in my opinion, currently in a state of stagnation.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

It is hard to enjoy the atmosphere when you are working overtime every day and not getting compensated or recognized for it. I worked in Customer Excellence Management and being on this team was wonderful in regard to my teammates, but it really felt like the CEM team was oddly the least respected team by top management. And that despite the fact that we broke a company record three times within a six-month period. It was incredibly demotivating.

Kommunikation

What communication? Do you mean the defensive answers and push back all the time?

Kollegenzusammenhalt

The colleagues were wonderful. A great group of competent people whose talents are unfortunately wasted, because the C-level doesn't understand how to properly utilize them.

I worked overtime daily, because our department did not have enough resources. Period.

I was basically ignored by my supervisor.

Interessante Aufgaben

I found the work to be highly interesting. I used up to 26 different tools in this position, which was challenging at first, but ended up being super fun.
I love the industry as well.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Overtime daily. Inter-departmental communication is very challenging.
There is a lot of push-back, no ownership for mistakes and sometimes you are simply just ignored.
