The expectation to be part of the "family" often leads to being absorbed by work. Employees are expected to maintain an excessively cheerful demeanor, bordering on artificial feelings, and are encouraged to adopt an overly enthusiastic and almost performative interaction. This creates an impression of being highly insular and cult-like.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Reduce arbitrariness and implement thoughtful solutions for employees' real problems.
Implement a night shift to ensure proper working times and avoid periods when employees have to work alone.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Employees inevitably feel overwhelmed because of irrealistic workforce expectations. Extra hours and free work (in OFF-Days) during events are expected. There are often issues with the scheduling, resulting in an inadequate number of employees and an excessive amount of work. One positive aspect is you can have direct, colloquial talk with guests that leads to a friendlier relation.

They try to communicate and people working here tend to be open, but professional communication is often discouraged under the "family" concept they build.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Coworkers are generally correct and helpful, which is a positive aspect.

Work-Life-Balance

Everyone complains since the evening shift was expanded until 1 a.m., leaving employees with little change to get home without personal car/taxi. There is some organization with holidays, which is positive, but certain periods will be arbitrarily blocked due to lack of employees. Due to work amount being overwhelming in some periods, leaves you little space for personal leisure, due to mental and physical exhaustion. Literally people cannot take more on.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Supervisors are generally nice people initially, but misinformation is a common issue here and trying to reach to your highers is sort of impossible, several times leads to no help/answer. You have to proactively get the information you need from them.

Interessante Aufgaben

You can use passion/skills in to creating some little details, but it is optional. You can grow and sometimes quick due to the expanding company, so a plus if you are interested in hospitality.

Gleichberechtigung

Equality is very good, you don't feel any different because everyone is very open minded. They have a focus into bringing brasilian culture so it might be harder for people form other countries to get a job if they do not match that energy

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

All are respected and I did not see any difference.

Arbeitsbedingungen

The technic is good and improving, they offer tools for self check in and adjustable tables, on the other hand some problems that only affect employees are often overlooked.

The company is good in terms of enviromental care.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

The payment is over the average and they write it on the job description, but no other benefits.

It is positive as the concept seems nice

Karriere/Weiterbildung

As stated the company is growing so if interest is shown and you match their ideology might be good. On the other hand you will be coherced to work over limits for it otherwise you will be invisible.
