A dynamic and uncommon environment
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The wide range of different projects is great. Company events are always a nice experience as well as working at such an uncommon location.
And last but not least: You learn a lot about people and psychology here...
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Homeoffice and remote work are a sensitive topic and not welcome.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I didn't like how everything is micromanaged. Also, I had the feeling that people are scared to open their mouths if they have an opinion the management might disagree with. Sadly, I have never seen so many people leave within the same period of time.
Kommunikation
Overall, I did not find the communication style to be appreciative, but rather demotivating. Personal reprimands in front of the entire staff are normal.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
In general, the colleagues are likable. But I think the hire and fire mentality is not beneficial for team spirit.
Work-Life-Balance
Overtime is not compensated. Also, there are fixed working hours that are not communicated but expected. Appointments during working hours are not appreciated. Overall, however, okay for a consulting company.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Depends on how well you get along personally.
Interessante Aufgaben
Job descriptions are quite flexible, a wide field of tasks is offered and each day is different.
Gleichberechtigung
Men and women are treated equally. Unfortunately, I noticed, that there are first- and second-class employees.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There are neither older colleagues nor long-term employees.
Arbeitsbedingungen
A luxurious and well-equipped office where much importance is dedicated to the employees keeping it clean (with regular common cleaning sessions).
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Not establishing home office culture during a pandemic, unfortunately, prohibits me from positively rating this aspect.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I found the salary was very good.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
You can write your Ph.D. and attend workshops. Personal development is also taken seriously, which means many one-on-one meetings take place, aiming at e.g. training the acceptance of harsh feedback.
