Arbeitsatmosphäre

The working atmosphere also depends heavily on the department in question.
Sometimes there is more pressure and sometimes less. In general, unfortunately, you often feel helpless and alone.

Kommunikation

A lot of things are decided very non-transparent and behind closed doors.
Downward communication is rather poor.
You have to gather the information yourself.
This does not create trust!

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Relatively good in one department. A disaster across departments!

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Unfortunately, there are few supervisors here who are really allowed to bear this title.
This is not the fault of the individuals themselves, but of the company, which does not train its managers accordingly.
Managers are often appointed on the basis of sympathy or affiliation. Neither of these are factors that make good managers!
As a result, supervisors are often overwhelmed by even the simplest tasks.

Open-plan offices ... The atmosphere is to die for.

Once negotiated, difficult to change.

Paradoxical, but non-existent!
The in-house lms is not used! That's why a lot of people are currently changing companies. There are no development prospects!
