Verbesserungsvorschläge
Start praising all employees and teams equally and not just those who are very prominent in (German) customer contact.
Enforcing more understanding of tasks of different teams. Enhance communication and respect for other team's processes. Create more teamwork.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
In general it is a relaxed atmosphere. There is some kind of opposite between "chill and friendly" Vs. "professional" behaviour that feels inconsistent.
Kommunikation
Communication between different teams can be hard. Very frustrating that some people straight up don't reply to messages. (It's okay to forget or to be busy, but giving a small heads up would be better). Generally company wide communication could be much better.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
On a general level all employees are nice. Within teams there is a good atmosphere and workflow. From a work perspective the teamwork between different teams is partwise nonexistent. E.g. requests for questions or help are declined, pre-work tasks aren't done or workflows/processes get ignored so that extra work is pushed to other teams. Sometimes not even a "thank you" is said.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Again on a general level the supervisors are nice people. From a work perspective they are clearly favouring some teams (e.g. Sales or ACM) over others. This is shown by constant praise or special investments. Other teams that contribute just as much into the success of the company but work more in the backend and less in direct customer contact never hear a "thank you" or any sort of "good job". In general: Often it feels like they are too far away from the actual product and services.
Interessante Aufgaben
If you work well or you are too nice and you're not good at saying no, you are almost "punished" by getting more and more tasks including a lot of tasks that don't match your preferences.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The open office space makes it hard to work efficiently. Too many distractions. The "old" offices however have old equipment (not very good in terms of occupational health)
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Can't really see much efforts here despite making printers so high tech that they're almost impossible to use.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
No company offers for development in the departments I know.
