If your documents convince us, we will forward them to the respective department, which will decide whether it would like to get to know you better in a interview.
The interview: In the interview, we would like to get to know you and you have the opportunity to learn more about us and thus check whether we are a good fit for you. Depending on the position, you can expect 1-3 interviews:
- The first interview (30 minutes with the head of department)
- The technical interview (with two experts from the team)
- The final interview (with our COO Markus Dülks, the head of department and a member of the HR department)
