- in a fast paced environment like this communication is a challenge but within the department big efforts are made for a good transparent communication culture
- from leadership (c-level) more transparency would be required, big decisions come as surprises

- teams are amazing

- you have to take care yourself to keep the balance but I feel that it is also allright to say no to excessive over hours

- communication is supportive and things that are promised are taken care of

- there are not many but I guess those who are there are treated all equal no matter what their age is
Arbeitsbedingungen
I am now talking about the Spandau location since I do not know the others.
- old, crowded and in the middle of nowhere
- nobody has their own desks, bookable desk system (not all of them have screens)
- few meeting rooms
- coming to the office is not really attractive apart from meeting team mates
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
- my salary is very fair, however apart from salary there are no bonuses (end of the year, holiday etc)
