The atmosphere is very good, friendly, and professional. In our monthly meetings, one of the team members or managers praises an employee who has exemplified one of our company’s core values, which is very motivating and creates a positive environment.

Communication is well-organized: we have 1-to-1 meetings with managers, monthly presentations with the whole team, as well as weekly and bi-weekly meetings. The flow of information is clear, and feedback is always encouraged.

The team cohesion is great. We have on-site team events 1-2 times a year, and it's easy to get along with everyone. Colleagues are supportive, and the collaboration is smooth.
