With collueges are talented and welcoming.

Kommunikation

Most of the communication that you will get is being told off for bettering things.
All the colleges that will actually work with you on projects are very competent and are able to have a constructive exchange.

By far the most important point is that most of the colleges are down-to-earth and very talented.

Work-Life-Balance

You have to do the work as a freelancer (administration, distribution, and marketing) in a company where there are instruments to facilitate this work.

It is never stated directly, but it will be required of you to work on weekends and after work hours.

You will have to work for your KPIs since those will be bound to your performance bonuses, and you are the only one that will be responsible for fulfilling those requirements to receive those bonuses. No one will help you reach those KPIs since this is a competitive KPI that will get hogged by project managers or administrative personnel.

I've never seen worse. On one side, you have an open door policy where you can talk to the people higher up, but most of the time you will get no response or just acknowledgement.

Little to none. As a technical person who is not made for administrative tasks, about 50–70% of your tasks will be administrative.

Everyone gets treated the same. No matter the senority or skill.

You are only as good as your KPIs, and if those fall off, it does not matter if you have been essential to the business. This creates a toxic work environment, since those KPIs are responsible for your performance bonuses.

Laptops and workstations work. Infrastructure works most of the time.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

You will receive lower compensation, which will be "balanced out" by the unachievable performance bonus. This bonus will never be reached by a technical worker (the requirements are unrealistic) who is not a PM or administrative worker.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Further education is available, but you have no career chances. Since the only value you have to the company is your KPIs, whether you provide good to perfect work with great customer satisfaction.
