When I was working there the office was very central, clean and generally comfortable to work in.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Prey upon the young who internships to get experience. This is a place you work when nobody else will take you. The pay is terrible and they will make you feel bad about the little pay they give you. There are no structures here and you will be working alone and in the dark. Help will not come from above. People are hired and fired at the drop of a hat. This leaves a terrible work atmosphere.

Dear former colleague,

Since 2013 a lot has changed. We are paying for internships and we give all our interns a helping hand. No one works alone or in the dark. We have concrete development plans for every single intern. And all of them has a strong team who cares and helps (okay, currently we have only 1 intern).
Hire and fire are things of the past. Most of our colleagues stay for a long time.
It would be great to see you again after such a long time. And you can talk to our interns and convince youself that so much has changed. You are always welcome for an itembase-beer!
