Arbeitsatmosphäre
Most colleagues I would consider friends, many of them close friends by now. Often spend time together also in our free time, which I think is the best sign.
That around 25% of the people are personal referrals of others speaks for that, I guess.
Kommunikation
Flat hierarchies make communication easy. The split of two offices brings some obstacles I believe and there were some mistakes done in the past but at least it was also learnt from it.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Think for me the thing that makes Joblift stand out in comparison to any place I have worked before.
Work-Life-Balance
Core working times from 09:00/ 10:00 until 18:00/ 19:00. For a start-up very fair, forced weekend or late evening work I did not experience once.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Fair and approachable, no one is hiding behind closed doors. Sometimes reported issues were not taken serious enough in order to change them, though.

Gleichberechtigung
Relatively even share male/ female, though in senior management could be more women. Haven't seen any incidence of discrimination in my time here, though.
No interns at the moments and maybe 2 or 3 working students but those sit next to senior management (not C level, though).
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Not many old colleagues, so hard to judge. Though colleagues with kids manage to align family life and work so guess that is good.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Office is in a very modern building, though with small rooms. Laptops (Windows and Macs) standard, so is furniture. Fruits, drinks and snacks provided. Office space as a whole could be made nicer, though.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Nothing that would stick out.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Well above what I had seen in other start-ups. Especially the unlimited working contracts are rather rare amongst start-ups in Berlin.
Could let more people participate with shares, though.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Gives room for people to develop though people have often to get active themselves.
