its a mix. you can be lucky and work with amazing people.
however, some good qualified people left / were forced to leave
differences in people mangers cause tension among the group
inexplicably a few people are pushed and are free to act like they want while the rest is treated rather bad

people manager: there is a wide range how to communicate
very international among the group, people from all over the europe. this said, you have to consider a lot of cultures are different in terms of communication and professionalism !
