Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

3x a week Home Office. I wish we could have more Home Office though, like 4x a week as I'm more productive when working from home.

Internal trainings would be nice to further improve personnel knowledge and help the team in the long run. But everyone in my team are always busy, there's really not much internal trainings that are given. I also hope there are more activities/events with other teams. Also, it would be nice to offer free German lessons for foreign employees as most big companies do that.
