Despite being a German brand for people living in Germany, the team is very international and inclusive. People behave very professionally and it is one of the most non-toxic and transparent working environment I've ever worked in.
Kommunikation
The company has a very flat hierarchy. It's never top down or only bottoms up. It also has a frequent and good feedback culture, so addressing the elephant in the room or celebrating little successes together is part of the communication that everyone can relate.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The teams here are tend to be very cross-functional. We are nevertheless close with those we work with. I have amazing team members, who are always there for me whenever I need their support.
Work-Life-Balance
I can only speak for the marketing team in general. A healthy work-life-balance is encouraged and this comes from the very top. They constantly teach you to take a break and go for a walk, take your time to re-energize. I am receiving lots of support from the company during the difficult times of COVID.

Again here, I can only speak for myself. I am very happy with my manager. This person supports me as a mentor and takes real interest in my personal and career growth. I've learned so much from working at this company as a person and as a marketing professional than any other companies I've so far worked for.

You will never ever be bored while working at this company. There are so many interesting projects waiting to be explored. The challenge is to prioritize and find the right project that fits your strength and the strategy of the company. You can basically choose your own path inside the company.

One of those companies, where there is zero tolerance for discrimination or ignorance. Everyone is being respected for who they are.

Everyone is treated equally. Some people make jokes about themselves being old, but none of them are treated differently because of their age.

The company has a clear vision of sustainability. There are few important people driving this topic even further inside the company and it's nice to see how they encourage(never forced) others for support. The market position of the brand also communicated the sustainable lifestyle and ways of living. I am proud of all the activities that are planned and executed in the past on this topic.
