Ich war lange als Student angestellt und bin mittlerweile Vollzeit bei KNIME. Dabei kann ich durchweg nur positives über die Arbeit bei KNIME berichten. Die Flexibilität, die einem gewährt wird, ist unter anderem hervorzuheben. Egal ob es darum geht wo, wie, was oder wieviel (interessant für Studenten) man arbeitet. Es wird immer versucht eine Lösung zu finden, die für einen passt.
Es herrscht außerdem generell ein sehr gutes Arbeitsklima. Man hat ausschließlich mit sympathischen und gut gelaunten Kollegen zu tun. ...
Wachstumsherausforderungen. Probleme gehen vereinzelt anscheinend unter, es ist oft unklar, wer was weiß/wofür verantwortlich ist/welche die großen Herausforderungen unternehmensweit sind und wer/wie sie angegangen werden.
Unternehmensstruktur ist etwas organisch gewachsen – noch aus den Startup-Zeiten.
Klarere Vorgaben für professionelle Weiterentwicklung. Insbesondere auch Persönlichkeitsentwicklung kommt hier sehr zu kurz, insofern man nicht schon in einer Führungsposition ist.
Arbeitet bitte weiter an eurer Feedback-Kultur. Hier bewegen wir uns aber schon in die richtige Richtung.

Sehr schöne Büros, die sowohl technisch auf dem neuesten Stand sind, auf individuelle Wünsche eingehen können und auch sehr viel zum sozialen Aspekt der Arbeit beitragen. Neben den einzelnen Büros gibt es genügend gut ausgestattete Besprechungszimmer und andere Rückzugsorte. Für Mitarbeiter im Home Office wird ein Budget für die eigene Ausstattung zu Hause bereitgestellt.

Hier gibt es gute Ansätze und ein Karriereprogramm ist gerade in Arbeit, aber momentan muss viel durch Eigeninitiative erreicht werden. Dies wird dann allerdings auch begrüßt. Für bestehende Personen in Führungspositionen bestehen Möglichkeiten an bestimmten Coachings oder Weiterbildungen teilzunehmen.
