Difficult to find a more motivating challenge: help as many young kids as possible to have a better time at school. In my case, this involves, experimenting to see which UX keeps kids more engaged, how to facilitate the upload/search for information or how to make tutoring sessions as enjoyable and valuable as possible.

Can't compete on a base salary with the consulting and investment banking firms of this world, but generous equity packages make the overall package potentially more attractive
