I can not find one as the management consciously finds ways to attend the needs of the employees and find ways to be better. KONUX evolves in all aspects and there are changes to attend to. This is not an easy job.
It is always easy to complain and blame others. Sorry, this is the loser mindset.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
We had survey and I suggested to provide healthy stuff - more fruits. We have now enough free fruits and I am satisfied.
Keep an eye on guiding the managers (majority of them are young) on how to lead and on having enough time to listen the needs of their employees, team and take actions (walk the talk).
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I worked with various companies before and in different industries. KONUX has positive vibes, a pleasant and creative working environment. The expectation with regards to performance does not differ to other companies, to German family owned or multi national companies.
Every individual contributes for the success of KONUX. This is the core message of the management. As an employee we also need to understand it and strive for the company's success. This is not a one way traffic. Life is all about taking and giving.
Business is a tough world. Let us just enjoy the ride while contributing our best for our personal and KONUX success.
Meeting and spending time with colleagues outside KONUX is often the case. Personally, I am loving it.
One thing I want to stress here that at KONUX it really does not matter the preferred "orientation" -LGBT+++. Everybody has the freedom and is welcomed to bring his/her partners. First time I am experiencing it in a company - giving space to everyone to breath freely and just embrace life as it is. I admire it very much.
Kommunikation
Open culture is being practiced and promoted which is good.
There is still room for improvement, on how, where and what to communicate.
It is sometimes misleading the meaning of "open culture". P&C should elaborate more on the value of professionalism and respect - on how to convey the message.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I have wonderful experiences working with my colleagues across the group. Everyone is ready to help each other, to solve challenges and also with it comes to optimization of processes. Process optimization is always the bottle neck of every company. Changes are painful more often but they are always needed as not to be in the limbo of stagnation and tremendous transaction costs.
Challenges are more often not easy but through dedication, striving to get things done and with the right mindset we always make it.
The key to success is professionalism. Do not take things personally. Take it easy.
Work-Life-Balance
KONUX offers lots of support and benefits for personal/career developments, for further studies/trainings, sport for physical fit or NILO for mental being.
The thing is that everyone of us is responsible for our well being, our health. Do not delegate this to the company. Take ownership of your sole WEALTH and that is your HEALTH.
Of course there are lots of deliverables and performance expectations but at the end of the day - know your limits. We have access to NILO and there, everyone of us will learn/know the art of saying NO when the limit is reached.
P&C is always campaigning about NILO health. Make use of it.
Interessante Aufgaben
As the KONUX is growing there are also lots of challenges that are coming along the way - the team structures, the processes, the resources and other strategic topics.
It is only a matter of mindset on how each one of us, see our role as part of the whole group defined visions and goals. Either we always complain as we do not know the path or we keep going, lead and create that path that lead to success.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I do not have any unpleasant experiences and I am also a person who see good in every person.
Most of the employees are young and through them I see myself before as a young employee - striving and forming my career path. That is why I understand them without any judgement. In fact I find it very fascinating to be part of a diversified and young environment. I love the energy and the powerful dynamic spirit of the whole company.
Knowing that I have learned a lot from life, I just take it easy. Everyone of us must experience life and das ist gut so.
