The strive for improvements and taking employees feedback into account.

The huge amount of work. The work is not prioritised enough and it is hard to keep up.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Don't give up on the improvements that already take place and the ones to come. The company has changed in the last half a year but there is still a long way to go. If the efforts to do so will be decreased, it will be very disappointing.

The company understands the importance of team building and even in the corona crisis has been trying to implement alternative ways to make sure the team stays united and motivated.

Kommunikation

In the last half a year, the company has been trying to implement more transparency and clear communication channels. This is still work in progress, but there’s a noticeable improvement

One of the greatest things about lawpilots is the actual team.

Work-Life-Balance

Although you’re judged by your results and not the time you’ve put, the HUGE amount of work makes it really tough to prioritise your own personal life over work.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

During the last half year, a lot of professional c-level personnel has been hired and it changed the management style in lawpilots. Due to the fact this is fairly new, it is still quite messy and the processes are still not clear enough and responsibilities are not clear. I expect this to improve over time (based on current rate of improvement on this matter)

Interessante Aufgaben

The e-learning sector is getting bigger by the minute, also because of corona crisis.
The challenges we're facing are getting more defined and the goals are getting clearer.

Gleichberechtigung

There's a lot of women in the company and they are not treated differently than man. But I wish to see more c-level women in the company.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

I think that lawpiltos is trying to judge candidates and employees by their skill set and not their age and it shown by the wide range of ages in the company. That said, most of the company are young personnel.

Arbeitsbedingungen

You're provided with everything you need to perform your job (tools and equipment).

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

There was a couple of changes that are positive in this area, sustainability is something that the company is taking into account and tries to provide more sustainable solutions wherever it is applicable

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

As every employer, they are not eager to compensate employees more if they are not asked to do so. I wish they were more proactive about raises and bonuses.

I think that for a while the image of the company was better than it was actually. Nowadays, the company is trying to meet it's image with actions.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

The company is introducing an internal development processes including access to professional learning materials. The company is planning also to put more focus on self-development but for now it is still in the planning phase.
