Many great ideas - but it's still a Startup
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The C-Level try to create a great working atmosphere and make you feel that you can talk with them at any time if you have a problem. In the end, you have to perform and because the company is only number-driven it's a lot of pressure.
Kommunikation
Lendis promises an open and constructive communication and feedback culture. Unfortunately I didn't see much of that.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The only reason i've loved to work at lendis: the great colleagues. Everyone is very open and supportive. It was always fun to be at the office. But also very loud.
Work-Life-Balance
There is a fruit basket, cereal bars and drinks in the office, and of course they have friday beers. But usually you have to work a lot of overtime.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
At the beginning you certainly feel appreciated, but after a while the nice appearance disappears and you realize that the company is not concerned about their employees but about growth and sales. I guess that's why there is a very high staff fluctuation at Lendis.
Gleichberechtigung
They want to be divers. But there is just one woman in the C-Level. It's an english speaking company, so every nationality is welcome.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The office is very loud. Because there are no permanent work places, you can't be sure if you get a good work place. But you can get you're own home office equipment.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
They want to be sustainable but they aren't.
