Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- Dangerous diseducative working culture
- Rampant resignations and layoffs leads to very high staff turnover – enough said. This is pretty much the constant state of the business here

Arbeitsatmosphäre

- The overall morale of the employees and staff is often terrible. Generally, not a place where either people look happy or feel rewarded doing their job
- A kicker for those that think a good working place needs one

Kommunikation

- Lack of communication and false / biased communications through the team
- Lack of internal communication and response to requests of discussing things. In any case you are "not allowed" to disagree with management

Kollegenzusammenhalt

- Occasionally meeting some good guy among a bunch of lamers
- Remarkable predatory attitude towards people and ideas. Systematic abuse of predominant position. The culture allows lamers at all levels desperately flicking through your stuff in your absence
- Very good at blaming each other for failure, take credit for other achievements, exaggerating their own results and convincing the upper management they are worth

- Overtime compensation … applied
- Access local sport club

Vorgesetztenverhalten

- From time to time toxic environment and occasionally old-fashion bullying with disrespectful behavior towards employee is adopted. “Divide et impera” as well as “lead by fear” is their credo
- Lack of vision, terrible understanding of innovation and technology at all levels.
- Mistakes are not accepted
- Heavily hierarchical internal organization, despite the statements. Decisions are often made by persons that don’t understand either the technology and the underlying principles.
- Inability of part of the upper management to provide positive example to the base

Interessante Aufgaben

- Potentially high-level projects to work on but consultant activity precludes gaining experience in all phases of the project

Arbeitsbedingungen

- Free drink in the office
- Bosch mensa on the ground floor, assuming that you can resist highly humid and noisy places, as well as often low-quality food and 10 floors staircase ramps twice a day
- LAP cafè every Monday as short event allegedly for discussion on technical and non-technical topics. Watch out!
- Slightly over the average hardware available in the office
- Serious difficulty to understand and apply health and safety principles
- Potentially harmful environment for your back spine, eyesight, skins and lungs – watch out!

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

- Employee get pay rates way lower than market. In general quite stingy company no matter what

Karriere/Weiterbildung

- Apparently good track record history of completed projects and good opportunity to gain experience based on everyday work
- Little or no career development or effective learning path despite the statements. The words "continuous improvement" are not in company's library
