Arbeitsatmosphäre
In general, I would say the atmosphere is like no other company I ever worked in. I really enjoy to come to the office every day. The view is also quite nice
Kommunikation
I mean, it's something that can always be optimized. For company information/news, they use a very old tool where nobody's looking in these days. Within the team, there is no daily/jour fix/weekly/bi-weekly right now which is a bit sad.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I can only speak for my team, but I must say that we're more like a family and/or friends. We spent a lot of time together, rather it is movie night or a game night or even partying. With these people, it's really fun!

I cannot complain about anything tbh

I wish the people on the top would finally decide on a strategy and really do it instead of just talking about it and change it every now and then.
Interessante Aufgaben
I think there's a lot of potential in optimizing our products. In my opinion, they waste a lot of time in doing it so, so the interface of the products are still quite oldschool.
Arbeitsbedingungen
We‘re allowed to work from home 2 days per week which is fine. Offices look quite standard.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
We‘re able to go to conferences, but only once a year.
