Please do not put minor differences and inequalities in place, and set up a fair compensation policy to create a company that can take care of as much as you work.

First of all, you are a rare and wonderful company. Most of my time working for your company was satisfactory and it was a pleasure to work with you.
However, when an employee reaches a certain level, there seems to be no alternative other than moving to another company. When an employee with full of experience who has shared many jobs and joys and sorrows makes a decision to move to another company, the company seems to have to defend with a more active attitude.
When I left your company and joined as a competitor, there are many talents produced by your company within the competitor. In the end, people are the most important asset, and your company is making the mistake of putting resources into producing talents, and eventually placing you on the competitor when the utility value is the highest. Please correct this part.
