Throughout a typical working day, I felt comfortable in the office with very modern amenities and friendly and talkative colleagues.

Coming from another country, not speaking the mother tongue, I felt very welcomed in the team. The colleagues were always friendly and very happy to help.
Throughout the years I have seen the “family-spirit” that I got to know in the beginning fade away though and felt that people started to complain about the surrounding working environment.

I have felt throughout the company that work-life-balance was not really looked after by management.

I was doing a lot of different tasks on different topics, I did have times where tasks were very hard for me due to inexperience, as I came directly from college.
Since this was my first job, I did not always perfectly know how to vocalize this to management, and when tasks did fail, I felt that sometimes management did not do enough to help me fix the problems and make me a better developer.
I also felt that my direct superior was not as experienced (management-wise) as I should've needed.
Gleichberechtigung
I have not been confronted with any problems regarding equality. I have always felt that everyone is equally treated, disregarding their gender, sexuality, etc.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Throughout the years I got a lot of freedom to improve myself and existing tools between projects.
I do believe that for some others at HDS this was rare and had little to no freedom between projects, but rather were thrown directly back 'into the field'.
The office was very clean and modern, with amazing hardware.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary and benefits were good for me.
