Even with a masters in teaching adults, consistently 'excellent' feedback, and years of experience, the salary for a 40 hour contract teacher is no more than what a McDonald's worker gets(I wish I was exaggerating). It's a shame to have to leave a company purely for this reason.

Pay your teachers a living salary- then the good ones won't leave.
Create a better system for your course programmes, if you've been struggling for years to get teachers to create course programmes that are up to Linguarama's standards, maybe ask yourself if it's not time to change something on YOUR side- the definition of madness is doing the same thing expecting different results.

I don't know about the other schools but my direct manager is fantastic ..
But also underpaid, like everyone at the company.

Financial manager at the company is shortsighted. Due to low pay, they have created an atmosphere where even the most dedicated teachers loose motivation and eventually leave.
