Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
it is pretty easy to negotiate your pay. not easy in the sense that you'll get a raise, but they allow that space for you to do so. it's not awkward.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
communication, communication, communication! with it being so large and so many different departments, a lot of things can get missed or mixed up.
