Looping is simply a rich men‘s club...
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The offices are nice.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Superficial atmosphere dominated by big, male egos.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
I genuinely don‘t believe the company cares nor intends to care about their employees. Enough feedback has already been provided.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
It’s a superficial environment in which the orders go top-down. It’s very much a white man‘s world there - can not recommend for women.
Kommunikation
There is no transparent communication. The older men who run the company essentially make their own rules behind the scenes and then present some selective information to attempt to make themselves look good. At first this isn’t apparent, but it doesn’t take long to see beyond their inflated egos.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Many colleagues establish bonds based on their mutual grievances. There is barely a team atmosphere.
Work-Life-Balance
You’re not forced to work over time, but be careful to establish your personal boundaries early on, otherwise it will be difficult to say no to more work later. Looping is chronically understaffed: they have a few big pockets to fill instead.
Gleichberechtigung
Top-down hierarchy. No transparency. There is a weekly meeting in which the male heads generally pat each other on the back, while everyone else rolls their eyes. It’s awkward.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Everyone acts really nice on the surface, it’s only later that you realise the older colleagues don’t care about the those underneath them. All promises are essentially lies, to keep employees somewhat satisfied in the short term.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The offices are flashy for clients, and generally quite comfortable for employees.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The money goes into the pockets of the older men. If you ask for a pay rise you will be met with many excuses and false promises. It can be very deflating but you learn not to take it personally as most people are in the same boat, unfortunately.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
In order to secure competent new employees it seems that further training and internal growth is initially promised. Rarely has this promise been carried out. Many employees are frustrated in their roles within 12 months.
