I am working for LOOPING GROUP since more than 3 years already and am very happy with the development in all areas. For a fast growing agency it is really hard to guarantee a nice atmosphere but the whole team is working hard to always improve in all aspects. Nice culture, friendly colleagues, diverse set of clients and good offices.
Kommunikation
The company started to establish during the pandemic and guided everyone through this tough period through transparently communicating financial situations and decisions. A weekly meeting with updates from different departments helps to keep track of the dynamic and ambitious leadership. However, due to rapid growth and the wide spectrum of services and products communication from management down to the junior level can be slightly improved.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Mostly you always find people that support you on projects or listen to questions. You win together and lose together. Many colleagues became good friends over time. But you never feel under pressure to join parties, lunch or after-work beers. Here and there some competitive thinking of course.
Work-Life-Balance
normal working hours for an agency. Sometimes more work sometimes less. Mainly depends on your work attitude. Some benefits like mental health programs, yoga and internal coaching programs for young leaders.

Leadership team could be more divers but they are working on that through diversity task force and betting on younger people through promotion. To be frank, leaders are working very hard to push for success of clients, company and employees.
Interessante Aufgaben
Many different internal and client projects from communication services to own media brands like printed magazines and tiktok magazines. Always new and exciting tasks and if you have convincing ideas you get the freedom to execute them.

Could be more divers but working on it through different initiatives and culture programs. Talent and culture offers workshops about anti discrimination and fair hiring.

Never experienced a better relationship between different generations. Feels like age doesn't matter at all
