Recently, in an attempt to clean the company image, they tried to remove all negative reviews from previous employees down from this website. That only shows how this employer takes on criticism. If I was considering for a new job at this company I would strongly advise you to think twice if you have read this review.

No chance of improvement here unless the management jumps out.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Fear, tension, gossip, aggressive-passive behavior are the key-words to describe this company’s atmosphere.
Kommunikation
There is no communication, everything happens through email and those are mostly used either to bully you or to sell your work out as inefficient. Every step you make needs to be registered and will be questioned, why this?, why that?, no leadership skills needed here since it is all micromanaged.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Your work colleagues will be the reason why you will want to come to the office everyday, the team sticks together against the greater “evil”, but even those tend to leave after awhile.
Work-Life-Balance
Even though you work is highly unappreciated, you get to work the exact 8 h per day without having to make any extra time.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
You are asked to change the word in your first day at LOQI, everything must be improved and the management will make you feel that they have been waiting for someone like you to make it happen. In about a month time you will realized that is not what is going to happen and that the way of things is very unlikely to change.
Interessante Aufgaben
The tasks have potential, but you won’t be allowed to change anything, your efforts will all be disregarded unless you follow the way of the management. In the creative area, your work won’t me much more than creating print files to send to production and handling with factories in China. Everything else is given to freelancers or agencies, since your skills won’t ever be good enough.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Staff is pretty much in their early 20’s, for the kind of salaries and experience desired it fits. The part-timers are highly undesired and often mobbed out.

The job title you get when you come in, will be the same you will have by the time you quit. The good thing is, for many people this process last less than a year.
