Many positive steps has been taken this year to improve working environment, however improvements are still required especially in below areas
- insufficient Manpower and high workload per person. It is required to hire more employees to balance the workload
- Too much internal reporting: despite of high work load, employees are obliged to do reporting, system administration work (including travel expense management) etc.
Kommunikation
communications is missing (big gap between management and employees). Managers are not very open to explain what are company strategy/goals and how to achieve them. we are given with some targets without tools to achieve them.

i'd like to appreciate positive things like flexible office time, home office concept is existing for some employees and skills improvements etc. such things needs to be continued
