I think the workplace is super nice and working atmosphere always great. everyone is friendly, everyone is open minded and super interested in get to know you.
What I like is that you are responsible for your area and tasks starting from day one and you have to take ownership. If this is what you like to do and want challenges then this place is the right place for you.
Kommunikation
In general it good I would say, but of course also here is always space for improvement. It is a young company and needs to find its way.
Regarding transparency I think there could be more of it. Both CEOs and Founders try to make Lumiform a great place of work with a transparent communication.
You always get the information you need, maybe with a little time difference.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
All team members, and it does not matter who they are, where they from and what they do are treated equally. What I also like a lot is, that even though you just had a private conversation with someone, you are always aware when its time to switch back being super professional.
Work-Life-Balance
Working hours are flexible: of course there is like a core working hours model, like starting around 9am and then working 8 hours ( if you are full-time) but if you have appointments, or just need to take care of things privately , then there is no problem in doing so.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Both CEOs are very friendly, fun to talk to and are willing to make everything right. Honesty is important to them.
Interessante Aufgaben
Yes definitely great tasks and projects to work on. I really enjoy having so much freedom in my work tasks and that I am able to implement my ideas.

could be improved, there is already some sort of program for the tech team, but not for the others. but I think they are working on such programs.
