Startup which is not a startup anymore, it has kept the cons, not the pros
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Free lunch, robots
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Salary, communication, career growth
Verbesserungsvorschläge
increase salaries, try to tackle the high turnover problem
Work-Life-Balance
Flexible hours, time management mostly up to you, but it's getting tighter
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Micromanagement is tollerate
Interessante Aufgaben
Not in all the teams
Gleichberechtigung
The company tries its best, the sector doesn't help
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There are few, hard to say what's the main reason, can't judge
Arbeitsbedingungen
No office, no fixed desk, messy
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Nothing has ever been done in this direction as far as I know
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
20% less than other companies at the same stage in the same sector, they claim they want to keep it fair in the teams, but then no data are transparent, which is quite the opposite of fair
Image
I think despite the huge turnover and what mentioned above the image is still good, because the products are quite unique and because of the efforts in ads and recruiting young graduates from eg TUM
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There are internally defined paths, time seems what sets you apart and possibly grant a promotion, changing team is also possible but hard
