- Home office possible, but also loved the atmosphere in the office :)

- No salary-transparency
- Otherwise super transparent with numbers and all other company-processes that are going on.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
- I think it also depends on the team, but I got lucky and got the best colleagues I could wish for. Super positive and supportive work-atmosphere.
Work-Life-Balance
- You can organize your work-times quite flexible. You can also visit the doctor during the working times and you can be super flexible with taking vacation days.
- Was never asked to work overtime, and the work itself is organized on a trust-basis
Vorgesetztenverhalten
- They are eager to do their best, but it is a lot of top-down decision making unfortunately. For me personally it was quite difficult to negotiate my salary and get a pay raise due to this kind of structure.
Interessante Aufgaben
- Never got bored but also not overworked. Perfect for me! My team lead also tried to push my strength and consider my preferences if there were different projects.
Arbeitsbedingungen
- I worked mainly from home, but I also liked the office-setup. You could ask for additional equipment.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
